  • 175 g Reblochon Savoie
  • 175 g Emmentaler
  • 250 g Alta Abadia
  • 200 ml dry white whine
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • a bit of Kirsch optional
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tsp maizena / corn flower
