Three country cheese fondue
One of my personal recipes for cheese fondue
Ingredients
- 175 g Reblochon Savoie
- 175 g Emmentaler
- 250 g Alta Abadia
- 200 ml dry white whine
- 1 tsp lime juice
- a bit of Kirsch optional
- nutmeg
- 2 tsp maizena / corn flower
