Preheat the oven at 175 Celcius
Peel the apples and remove the core.
In a small bowl, mix the dark sugar and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, caster sugar and 50g of the butter, the eggs and the milk. Mix together with a mixer. The consistency should be between pancake batter and cake dough. Optionally add a small pinch of salt.
