free-range egg yolk

finely chopped

finely chopped
Instructions
Chop the garlic and shallot. Finely chop the herbs.
Mix the egg yolk, mustard, honey, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Stir well until you get a nice consistency. Add the garlic and shallot and mix well. Finally add the herbs and stir once more.
